1. If I already have a Dizorb.com username do I need to sign up for the forums?
NO! If you already have a Dizorb.com user name than all you need to do is sign in with your same login information. Dizorb.com and the forums share a unified user login. This also means that if you make an account on the forums, you can use it to sign into the Dizorb.com blog.
2. How do I add a custom avatar to my profile?
To be able to use a custom avatar on the forums you must sign into your account and click on the button tittled "my account" near the welcome message. Click on the forth tab to the right tittled "Avatar." Now simply choose your file and click "upload." Please try to use an image that is 75x75 pixels, if not than your image will be resized.
3. How do I upload an image/file?
To upload an image/file you must first login. When you go to reply under the text box there is a caption that reads "upload files from your computer" simply select the files that you wish to upload, once selected hit the upload button. Once you have written your reply and uploaded your files click on the button that says "send post."
*You will also notice that you are only allowed an upload limit of 5MB (or 5,000 KB) per file (which is plenty). If you wish to share larger files than please use third party hosting websites.4. Why was I banned/suspended?
We have the right to ban any member that we believe is causing damage in our forums. There are numerous reasons why your account could have been suspended which could include: inappropriate topics/images, harassment of other members, and non-authorized advertising. If you believe that you were mistakenly banned you may send us an email to banned@zixpk.com and we will review your account.
5. I have signed in but it shows that I have not and when I go to sign in again it says that I am already signed in.
For some reason this is a bug that will say that you are not signed in even though you already have. If you have already logged in and do not see the welcome message and the "my account"/ "logout" buttons simply refresh the page and everything should be fine.
We will try to find this little annoying bug as soon as possible.
