“Born and raised in the wild Pacific Northwest but educated at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA, 2005). While there I did a lot of printmaking, photography, and even more drawing. I still do some screen printing in my garage–not t-shirts, so don’t ask–but have spent the last 5 years or so intensely involved in the graphic arts, for print and web. I’ve been dabbling in a variety of design disciplines for as long as I remember. I love drawing and printmaking, and am getting more and more excited about digital design. I’m constantly trying to build my knowledge base in harnessing the power of the internet, and trying to figure out how to work this social networking craze to my advantage.
I find pleasure in accessibility and functionality, and how they relate to great design.”
